TUMBLING

Tumbling is a breath taking form of gymnastics performed without props or equipment, also referred to as floor gymnastics. Common moves performed in tumbling include flicks, somersaults, tucks, handstands and handsprings. Some sports like cheerleading and dance typically use tumbling skills.
ACROBATICS

Acrobatic gymnastics is all about working as a team to pull off the most spectacular balances and throws. By learning as a pair or group you can have a lot of fun developing your skills, strength and co-ordination. Acrobatic gymnastics is popular with adults, teens and even boys and girls as young as five.

Continuing Professional Development and PE Curriculum

We provide help to teachers for their own C.P.D by showing them how to support safely and help them to plan lessons in gymnastics. We cover both tumbling and acrobatic gymnastics and we have a good understanding of the P.E curriculum so we can provide support in PE lessons. We can enter school competitions and local cluster events.

Breakfast and after school clubs

Our breakfast club is a great way to start the day. We do wake up shake up to get the children motivated, happy and ready for their school day. After school clubs cover general gymnastics and work towards a British Gymnastics Proficiency award, which is a scheme set up by British Gymnastics.

Work shop and event days

Our work shop days are a full day of gymnastics. Each individual class can experience the fun and enjoyment of gymnastics. Our workshop days will cover most aspects of gymnastics e.g. floor work, partner work, apparatus and tumbling. The air track is also available for these days at no extra cost.

Planning, preparation and assessment cover

We provide cover for P.E lessons to develop gymnastics, allowing time for teachers to do their P.P.A time. We have had Ofsted in a number of schools whilst we have been working with children and been observed. We received great feedback from Ofsted and was mentioned in some school Ofsted reports.
